RCWBC's mission is to unite the underserved neighborhoods surrounding the U.S. 40 corridor between Martin Luther King Boulevard and the West Baltimore MARC Station so that these neighborhoods can speak in one voice by advocating for systemic change to increase investment in these vulnerable communities.
